Receiving calls on the computer?

Suppose there is a computer with a headset and the Internet. Need to I could call and I could answer on the computer. If I'm not online, the calls should be forwarded to my mobile. Fixed telephone no.

Consider these options:

— buy from your sip service provider direct Moscow number: expensive, and I don't want the Federal enough. Cellular operators distribute them free along with SIM cards, so why are sip providers do not do?

— plug in the modem for cellular communications with support for voice calls and take advantage of some program. Is it possible now to buy this able modem for a reasonable price?

What else would you recommend?

If you develop the second option — you can make calls immediately on your cell.

In principle, the package MTS-connect, there is SMS and call only rates do not know, and probably any software with 3G modem supports this feature...
Although as previously mentioned, easier to communicate via mobile phone, because the computer the sound quality will depend on your headset(microphone) and sound card respectively.
Well, skype just for such things.

What's stopping you to take a landline number from the mobile operator and receive calls on the headset on a mobile phone?

MTS is now developing www.corp.mts.ru/complex_decision/_fmc/ maybe in the future it will be possible to see the equivalent of multifon. But at the moment only works tifon.

IMHO, the first not more expensive, faster and more flexible. Need sip need not pay off.
Took, above. Stopped at this. I note the desired features:
  • there is a free fare
  • the described smartphone
  • API
  • fit support
