Program for sending emails

Don't know where to turn with this question, but I think Habr will help.

In the field of my work, I often send the same type pisma (letters with one header, one text message with one attached file). Now it's all done manually, once or twice a month I have to send a day about 200-300 emails, sometimes under 500.

I would like to automate this process. Preferably free of course, but here's how it goes :)

So, please advise what and how to automate this? (software, service or something else?)

No spam, no junk e-mail, it's strictly business correspondence, in these letters, people are interested. So everything is fair.

A great program to send spam.
Allows you to create email templates, paper for newsletters and much more.
It is a pity that paid.

well the most simple to use subcribe.ru... if you have your mail domain and server... then use its ability to create mailing lists or forwarders (mail groups)... and of course the mailman has not been canceled.

sign people for our newsletter and all will be OK!

it all depends on your mail server... for example in the case of ms exchange there are no restrictions on the number of people in the shipment... and rules can be created with it... this address, you can send mail only to a specific addressee, and so on... similar features are in the vast majority of mail servers.

If there is a ready-made template in MS Word and a mailing list in MS Excel why not use the tool "Lists" in the Word ? there is a mail merge wizard, the sample of recipients taken from a file, which can be filled and the name to lookup in the template, etc., then it sends from the email address configured in Outlook.
