Want to understand how to write programs customers builds are ready.

I thought a sniffer would see how the request of these data, and are already familiar with the answer. But when I decided to do that in the communication between the client and the server all I saw is some kind of character set.

SDK or server-side API for a specific game, read (try to communicate with the developer of the game)...
