Opera 46 with a built-in VPN: how to go on Rutrekere and flibusta sites?

Opera 46, include a built-in VPN, trying to get on Rutrekere and Flibustu, get this:
"Cannot access the website, you cannot find DNS server address rutracker.org."
Other sites using the same VPN open, work quickly (video 720p without any delays).
Rutrekere and flibusta sites open in other browsers through the FriGate.
ipconfig /flushdns did. hosts checked. Googly dnsi (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) tried. Antivirus, firewall, and the firewall disabled completely. Viruses in system are not 100%.

What to do with the Opera? Need something additionally to configure the VPN?
Or maybe to reset its configuration to default (if so, how)?
______________
UPD. I found a solution (maybe temporary but still works):
To the left of the address bar where a drop down window with the rocker switch on the VPN, the graph of network load and the preferred location to enable VPN and change Virtual location from automatic to USA or Canada (perhaps other places too), reload the page.
Still working. Will test.
It would be interesting to read any more ways to solve the problem

Perhaps Opera ran ahead of the locomotive and already block sites that are "marked" LV, although the law comes into force only on 1 November.

Need to see where and how are DNS queries. Maybe they don't wrapped in a tunnel. Like Chrome ignores proxy settings and all dns queries, sends naramau.

Rent a VPS, raise your OpenVPN server and work on health.
The law thus You are not breaking.
The cost of VPS for this purpose from $2.5 / mo. up to $4/mo. (the cost depends on the provider, quality of service, and location).
If you divide the amount by 2 users - it will cost you a penny.

friGate — then there is generally no problem (though it is a proxy)
