Can I register an Apple ID for the organization?

Now engaged in the registration of Apple's iOS Developer Program for a company that currently employs.

At the beginning of the registration process before selecting its type (Individual or Company) is required to determine the account Apple ID.

Apple ID is an individual user ID, because when registering you must enter your personal data.

Of course, I could enter your personal data to create this new Apple ID, but I already have your Apple ID. And what's more: I'm also in the Apple developer program as an individual developer!

Perhaps, of course, when registering a new Apple ID you can enter your personal data, and to invent any left.

But it's at least not entirely correct (and probably not possible!). And, because the registration process dev. the program can be very long and not easy for the company, it would like most to fence themselves from errors, especially in the first steps.

Question: How to solve the problem of register Apple ios developer program for your company, without entering their own personal data?

I agree with mastini.
It is better to register on the CEO or the owner of the company. Legally, it is also more correctly than themselves, or virtual.

Who on behalf of the company will be authorized to deal with Apple, gets their mail, it is desirable that it was mail only to communicate with the EPL. This mail is an Apple ID, and the data are of the person who will communicate with the EPL. Next on the scheme of the EPL.

You invented some non-existent problem. Make a new Apple ID, write it yourself (or the maid, if she will be in charge of that) and forward. I see no reason for concern.
