How to get working wireless usb adapter dlink DWA-140?

Bought the adapter, you usb. Driver win7 itself is not found. Laptop without sidyuka, hence the disc will not work.
Download the driver if you start the installation. Installation asks to insert the device and press "Yes". Inserted. Installer does not see it. But in device Manager, the device lights up without drivers. Poke to update the driver. Show him the folder with the driver. Finds. What am I doing wrong?

PY.Sy. The light on the adapter never lit up. USB port working.

The usual procedure of installing the drivers. There was no need to stick to installing the driver, but it's easy to fix:
1. Stick USB adapter. In Device Manager it shows yellow.
2. Removed from Device Manager.
3. Pull out the USB adapter.
4. Run the installation driver.
5. When the installation asks to insert the USB adapter, then just plug-in.
