In light of recent events (advertising) with uTorrent and because program is strictly at all settings can not download one file from many large torrent (ie "disk overload", then the clock "flushing to disk", google whole break) is sought torrent client for Windows similar to the old maximum uTorrent — without buns type categories, conversions, mobile devices without a web muzzle, in English, but a concise simple interface, clear invisible work, the presence of limits on traffic, as I said, definitely the ability to download just one episode from the entire season of the series, not Java/Python/Perl/GTK, etc. brake, ie I would like the native app Win, well, Qt is an extreme case.

Yes, try qBittorrent, it's a great client as well for Linux.
Unlike standard torrent clients do not have the habit to suddenly drop the speed.
Works fine with proxy / socks5 — that's actually why I liked it six months ago

Do not quite understand your problem with uTorrent. The is there can be disabled, though not very native, but the way is easy to find. Here it is. And what do you mean can't download 1 file from many large torrent? Choose a list of files, highlight all files, poke the right button, in context menu choose "do not download". Then manually select only the files they want to upload.
