So nasty I chrome. It is not clear what determines the time of transposition, but that's just a couple of times per minute moved. The behavior is like a virus. 8)
And the bookmarks in Other bookmarks, not touching, only on the top panel.

I think this is due to the synchronization of tabs with another computer. I started after you install Chrome on iPhone and connect there a googol account. When not in use on the iPhone — not mixes. Should start moving.

The same thing happens with the icons of the extensions, right at the top. Put them on logic or habit, and they are then shuffled. So sync in chrome.

Been there, done that. Password changesomewhere are logged in incognito, they happen. Even if the problem of the other, anyway, alternate change of the password will be able to locate it. Plus, the above seems to say — reset all caches on the devices.

Did as mentioned above: through the settings with the laptop pressed the "Disconnect your Google account" on my PC went to the link from the settings "Set up sync in the Google dashboard", hit "Stop and delete", it resorted to dekstop bookmarks from your logged in browser, now signed up, logged in on the laptop, all synchronized with the desktop
While not jump.
