Have been using the program GetDataBack.
He restores 100% of the data after a quick format, and "broken" drives pretty well does it. Other unparalleled quality of recovery have not yet met
PS Paid, but can be restored by restrictions and no purchaseis portable version

A few days ago I restored the familiar data using PhotoRec: utility, which is part of the above mentioned TestDisk. 120 Gigabit with the 750-gig hdd was restored a day and a half. Despite the name, recovers not only photos, but also many other things: www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/File_Formats_Recovered_By_PhotoRec. The only downside: the files can you say "one heap" — no data on the names of the files on the folders where they were, the utility does not recover. But in my opinion a bunch of files with lots of junk, is better than nothing.

Did you do it? Some time ago, also faced the problem of recovering data after failed attempts to resize disks, some files turned out to only be restored through this program.

And you try Hetman NTFS Recovery 2.3 here - hetmanrecovery.com/ru ! This program can recover more lost information from damaged hard drives than others and is inexpensive, try it!
