On duty have a lot of work behind the screen of the monitor — at work and at home. I've heard there are special glasses for working at the monitor.

Are there people who use them? What are they? What kind of effect it? Eyes less tired? What mousy\\pros?

I would be grateful for detailed comments.

Exercise for eyes and rest your eyes every hour. Helps.

Recently started to wear glasses with lenses Carl zeiss, Uropal 1.6 pro. Used for about 2 months, never wore glasses until my eyes suddenly started very strongly to be tired from working. Now already 2nd week without them (lost... sorry...) — no noticeable differences, except that is already a little unusual :)

In fact, I can't definitively say whether these lenses are so miraculous, as they write on the Internet, in brochures, and tell the salespeople, or is it more of a placebo effect, but the fact is the fact — already 2.5 months eyes are not tired as before (occasionally I just happened defocusing of view and a few seconds could not "come to life").

If you mean "lattice", I specifically said several optometrists — not recommended. There are more expensive with polarizing filters on the glasses: they are slightly dim and remove glare. Here for glare them real thank you. Sometimes similar (dual socket) are used by straykbolistov.

Used these glasses in the past, then I had a Samtron 76E monitor (1024x768@75Hz). Glasses created some intricasy effect, with regular use several reduced level krasnoglazov.

In my opinion, the subject became useless after the release of the mass market LCD monitors.

"Computer" glasses to Asses the door. Eyes get tired because all the time looking in front of him. Eyes in the normal (relaxed) state — when you look into the distance. When you look in front of him, the muscles that hold the crystalline lens tense all the time, then they just makes (spasm), and then myopia.

Really help only exercises (warm-up) for eyes (Google should know).

Glasses just cut the blue (with dissipation), the spectrum image becomes clearer.

Glasses — bullshit. Happened on advertising and bought it. Dear. After some time, realized it was a Scam.
1. Use a normal monitor with good color reproduction.
2. Do eye exercises and consult with your doctor about any vitamin drops for the eyes. IN ANY CASE, DO NOT USE VISIEM!!! It just narrows blood vessels, in order to "make the eyes white," i.e., when eyes are tired — they are increasing their blood flow, dilating blood vessels, and we at this time them — VISIEM!!!
3. Adjust lighting in the workplace. You should not do together, and nothing should be too bright. The brightness of the monitor should not be much stronger than the overall ambient brightness in the room. I.e., the monitor should be neither too bright nor too faded. Require the employer blinds on the Windows. Go to realcolor.ru and from there download test Wallpaper on your desktop, to understand how properly calibrated and adjusted monitor. There is also a manual calibration (at least approximate).
