Provider threw settings SIP telephony,said that they have authorization comes without a login/password, IP address.
don't quite understand how to configure a SIP trunk? everywhere on the Internet examples of how to configure a login password, so any difficulties.

Opt-in settings for the SIP trunk.
Dedicated network: 172.26.**.152/30 (172.26.**.154 - your equipment
172.26.**.153 - default gateway)

Server IP address: 89.232.**.56
Port: 5060 UDP
The voice will go c 89.232.**.148
Both the above ip addresses should be routed through 172.26.**.153

Codec: g711a 20ms
Fax: transparent
DTMF: inband better (but it is possible and rfc2833)

The range of numbering:
