Are these speakers here market.yandex.ua/model.xml?modelid=936902&hid=9110... and kicking. If you enable the button "3D" kicking stronger. The cable is shielded. 2 PC radiation at the same. Are there any ways to deal with it, except replacing the speakers?

Replace electrolytic condemnatory. First and foremost, and then the chain dynamics of that stand.

I once helped change the audio card is integrated into the Mat. cost was very radioactive. If the 3D button background is increased, it is unlikely to help, but the experiment can be put.

Svinov is a family, and even expensive models. Effect disgusting primitive scheme which amps manage to restore the background with anything. The first week on the disabled speakers was listening to a local radio station until tired. Brought the background to a minimum by doing the following:
1. wrapped the whole micronuclei connecting cable adhesive foil (do not know as correctly is called, metalized tape is). Background has not disappeared but was at 20-30 percent quieter
2. Bought a normal audio cable to speakers, just bought at the record store, there's a plug I soldered on it, and the guys were surprised when I'm on the thick cable was asked to unsolder the small stereo Jack. Von has disappeared to almost zero.

>how to deal
do not buy SVEN. (they are the most save in an effort to reduce the cost)
The idea is that you can foil glue (depending on where the cause of interference)

I helped the cable in the ferromagnetic body. Connecting it through the radio speakers almost ceased to catch. Took the cord from the camera (there is just to output audio from the mini-Jack to two cinch cable).

Perhaps the problem in the electrical circuit of your home, try to connect the source and the acoustics of itself through the UPS. Good luck :)

There are UPS and stabilizatorom and isolated with relays, don't argue.

Algorithm:
— eliminate the possibility of external radio interference, it is enough to look for a place for the amp in the room where the interference disappear.
— ground the case ucilka.
— if the noise source is not a radio, then disassemble the housing and change ucilka conder in the power supply on a new and more capacious.
— if still not helped — rigid screening of transformator power supply pilka (thick permalloy or ferrite plates). But it can be easier — to try to twist or move the TRANS inside the case, the noise may go away. Replace the TRANS with a new one (the old becomes loose ferrite) or find a similar ring (this is best)
— if still does not work — post the power supply and circuit on the meter and watch/listen)
— well, if everything else is to throw out and buy another.
