Hello, respected Hebraist!

Can anyone recommend a good book on programming for Android in Java. Thank you!

PS: Why not post the question without a question mark?

Personally, I liked the book "Android 2. Programming apps for tablets and smartphones (Reto Meier, penguin books, 2011)" (available on 4pda).

But there's only about Android (review + examples) about Java as such is not told.
The details usually have to figure out or in the documentation or articles.

In addition to reading books, a good experience is to study the source codes of ready-made products, including the platform itself.
Especially note recomendamos to study Google IOSHED

I liked the presentation of the material that's here.
There is still a good course from Google.
And don't forget to tighten English.
