What advise a program for instant screenshots?

Often create screenshots of their work, to make it easier to visually track changes, but do it the inconvenient way: Alt+Print Screen and Ctrl+V and save to a specific folder.
I would like to simplify this process to a one-time choice of save folder and take the screenshot with one button or key combination.
What from your experience can You share?
PS OS: MS Windows 7

LightShot allows you to take a screenshot of the whole screen, and its region, immediately after removing the screenshot send the screenshot to the network, in its original form, and pre-editing in the online editor

Since you have win 7, then clearly a standard utility "Scissors" (start/programs/accessories). Using that program since Vista. Features: a screenshot of the screen, a particular window, an arbitrary rectangle, arbitrary curve of region; copy to clipboard, save to disk, send by mail, marking the pen and/or marker.
