Good day!

Yesterday I collected a new computer, all new components. When you press the Power button, the Power is supplied to the nurse, start to spin the coolers, but it lasts 0.5 seconds. Then off...

Tried removing the battery BIOS, tried disabling EVERYTHING except BP and nurse. All the same. What sin, nurse, or rather on the PSU?

Another question is there a way to check them without connecting on another PC? There is no way this now.

Thanks in advance for your answers!

The nurse at what cost? Make sure not closes.
Test the PSU on another nurse, for example. Surely, there are more computers in the house.

Perhaps the following:
\r
— Not enough load, i.e. the performance, the GPU is too big for this configuration. Try to connect something else.
— Not enough power PB. But in my opinion not the case.
— Hitting the power button/restart. Check.
— A bad contact. Parentitem all devices.
— Somewhere short. Take out everything and try to run with no body.

Technique needs to lie down. I have sometimes problems were solved simply because the computer a week lay there and nobody touched him :)

Maybe something accidentally forgot to plug in? For example, a second 4-pin power connector from the PSU to the mother? In the confusion happens...
