Good day dear members of the community.
This problem occurs on the Asus X5DIJ laptop installed Win7 with every load updated drivers for the network card Atheros AR8121/AR8113/AR8114. Sometimes this update happens successfully and sometimes not. The drivers from the official website downloaded from windows update also downloaded, the effect is the same. Prompt in what direction to look where can be the problem?

and the driver version changes?
ESB a suspicion that there is a conflict between two sets of updates: one is the native windows update, and the second kind came with your laptop.

Try switching auto-update mode "to Look for, but choose I"
Then run manually search for updates
In the list of updates, locate your problem and from the context menu select "Hide update"
After OK you can again switch to automatically download updates

Had the same problem on ASUS K40IJ and it is with network card Atheros AR8121/AR8113/AR8114.
The problem is the network card. At every boot it changes the MAC address, so the OS identifies it as a new device.
The problem is solved in two ways:
1. To carry in SC on a guarantee.
2. To flash the eeprom on the network card.

My laptop warranty has ended, and you can find the firmware for this card on the Internet failed.
