The task is to connect to a remote device via the http Protocol. The device is displayed in the Internet through a router with a USB modem.

Resources: Router Dlink DIR412 (or DIR320, there are and one another), HUAWEI E160G modem (ZTE MF170), wireless ip camera.

Results to date:

DynDNS is not working, as Beeline releases all the only through the NAT. A dedicated ip address gives physicists, only for legal entities operating on a post-payment basis.

MegaFon, looks like the same situation.

Question: are There any known methods of connection, albeit through a third link (a separate server), without tariff for legal entities.

1) buy a cheap vds (e.g. from firstvds.ru/fastvps.ru)
2) raise there vpn (e.g. openvpn)
3) probressive a port using iptables on the vpn-address of your device
