( IOS ) how to start a novice?

Good afternoon. The original knowledge-no, tell me the basics of how to start an absolute beginner. Interested in mobile development under IOS MAC OS. At the moment the school allows plenty of time to devote to reading, viewing videos on this subject and of course practice.
TELL me , which languages to start: total ( c+, html, etc...) or specific system ( swift etc.)
p.s. As I understand it under the IOS development need a iron on MAC OS. Macbook Pro 13 ( 2017 ) fit for practice ?

if the purpose - development under Makos/AOS, and it makes sense to start with swift.

1)it is Better to start reading the book "programming for dummies"(2008).Don't look that old,will give all the necessary database
2)Then learn java.And practice

Do not have. I started learning on a cheap PC on Windows 7, installing Vmware emulator (after replacing HDD to SSD and adding 8GB RAM). Look on YouTube "how to develop IOS on windows".
