Gentlemen, comrades, tell me how it is possible to organize remote access from another computer to a web camera at home via the Internet?

This:
webcam
laptop (with Windows on Board)
Internet

Task: leave it on the home laptop with a webcam to come on and work with another computer pastrami that currently done at home.

Permanent IPS have no home Internet, but you can order this service from your provider. Or, if it will help, have your domain and hosting.

Most cameras in the supplied software (and if not, then surely something similar is written) have the opportunity to fill in the FTP of the images on the page view where all images are displayed as video.
But this solution is not entirely online and without sound.
