A perfect program for music creation

Saw a lot of different applications, ranging from the simple, on mobile devices, ending Guitar Studio Pro, and all I know they could do it...
I need a program with which I could create a simple melody (for example background, splash, etc). Interested in which program will be optimal: in order to work with it didn't need to graduate from a music school, but also that it was not a simple children's toy.
Waiting for your options.

PS of Course I mean programs that do not require external devices such as an electric guitar, or synth. I need everything to be done directly on my computer.

Fruity Loops. Not a bad fan site here. Keep up the good work :)
The only thing I will say — no program can ever replace the human soul in making music.

Yes, any sequencer of the popular FL Studio, Cubase, Reason, Ableton, Apple Logic

On the Mac there is still a wonderful "toy" version of a Logic — Garage Band )

For the iPad there are many interesting things-in-themselves, like Korg iMS-20 and Propellerhead ReBirth.

I recommend Garage Band, then use the library of loops and mix them.
On Windows you can use Abeltone, it also allows you to mix loops. In short, no school of music all revolves around the loops.

Take Ableton Live. I use it myself for more than a year, the did not see, especially in working with audio. Well, swing magnifier/samples and in battle :)

> That is, I either spend a year learning guitar, learning piano, and learning drums. But in our digital age I am sure that the ability to use one program in the computer may be to combine the ability to use many musical instruments

Not really. Your concert I will not go (and the music is hardly going to cry, honestly). But the concerts of bands with live instruments I'm loving it.

He EDM musician for 6 years.
Tried everything: from known FL and Cubase to Ableton Live and Apple Logic. I sat on Logica but eventually climbed on Ableton Live. Support d4rkr00t, the saw nothing.

An example of the latter Remix for Roger Shar, made all of arrange to mixing and mastering in Live ( www.talenthouse.com/creativeinvites/preview/ad4142a2510df46e2758a12c45f310ea/302 ) taken from the original vocals only. samples — only single drum (one-shot phenomenon)
