I'm "happy" owner of a Wi-Fi router ASUS WL-520gU.
As it turned out, this device sapit channel (over ethernet). ISP gives me a 100 megabits/sec, with the router I get ~36 MB/sec, tried to connect directly, got 78 Mbps. Googling found a similar issue budget routers ASUS WL-520g*
Firmware tried was from Oleg (wl500g.info), they were worse, ask for a beta official, has received +1 Mbps speed. o_o
Now looking to replace the current device, the financial limit of$ 100. Is it possible for the money to get something interesting, a piece of metal that will not cut traffic. USB does not matter. Internet connection via Ethernet. Wi-Fi required, the speed of the "air" does not matter.
